The novel has two editions, first one in 1993 and the second one in 2004. The battle and belief in victory, wandering around of different armies across Karan’s Kozara, uncertainty and fear, famine, dying, clumsy of “unconquerable” soldiers, and finally contempt, pride and belief of a rightfully person - it is a milieu where the author with patience and knowledge is knitting his persuasive and shocking story. He transfers the story created by life, into interesting writing for readers. The novel was translated from Serbian in English and German. It has been waiting for publishing in German.
